San Diego Fitness Camps started in January 2003, formerly E.V.U Boot Camp. San Diego Fitness Camps is an intense program designed to tone the body and produce results by challenging both body and mind. Participants have experienced an increase in strength, agility, balance, and core strength.
San Diego Fitness Camps is a fun and exciting way to combine group exercise with individual personal training. Blending commitment, motivation, and innovation in an outdoor setting, personal training becomes cost effective and participants experience amazing results.

I have twelve years of experience in personal training and two years of coaching High School Basketball. As a former college athlete I am dedicated to help each participant achieve their fitness goals. I believe that everyone can pursue optimal fitness with commitment, my support and the inspiration of other participants. Health and fitness is my passion and I can make it yours too.
